Look out across the bay from the expansive deck extending over the bay at this newly renovated beach house on Georgian Bay. Fully accessorized, this 2 bedroom house includes a full kitchen, bathroom with indoor shower, main bedroom with double bed and second bedroom with double and single bunk beds. living room is equipped with wood burning fireplace and propane wall heater for the winter stays. Close to snowmobile trails, great ice fishing, and beautiful trails for snowshoeing.
Outside enjoy a fire-pit overlooking Twelve Mile Bay, in the summer months full docking system with 2 boat slips available, Kayaking, Canoeing, Paddle-boating, Fishing, Paddle-boarding and so much more!
Plenty of parking space available and wonderful for family getaways!

Summary: Great view of the Georgian Bay and the water. Nice fire place and great trails to walk on not too far from the property. Animal friendly, if you have a dog. Definitely would go back and try it in the summer time.
